Les Moulins La Fayette Canada

Fifth-generation baker, pastry chef, and chocolatier, Johnny Jeulin, founder and author of the concept, opened the first Les Moulins La Fayette in 1999 in the village of Saint-Sauveur, in Quebec. Now the Canadian network now includes 22 bakeries, all of them inspired and inspiring individuals delighted to carry on the same tradition of excellence.

Ranked the #1 Bakery in Quebec in 2019 and 2020 by Léger (a large Canadian market research and analytics company), Les Moulins La Fayette scores of 83.5 out of 100 for retailer performance based on 16 dimensions of customer experience.


Les Moulins La Fayette Miami

In 2016 we opened the first store outside Canada in the United States. Our test location, in Miami Beach, Florida, proved that the US model was successful with revenue exceeding initial projections and expectations.
